Wrote this last night, from Ephesians 4:2-3 (NIV)
(warning: I needed to warm up on the falsetto part, change keys, or give it more transition beforehand. But it was fun.)
My wife has been memorizing a verse almost daily, and last night while driving, I asked her if I could try to memorize it too. It was from her memory of Romans 15:13 (NIV). I got it, and quickly turned it into a tune.
Usually I forget songs if I’m driving, but this time I phoned my Google Voice voicemail account, and recorded 3 parts of the song. This morning, I downloaded the voice messages from there, edited them together (

), and recalled the tune.
Any of my friends can now hear samples from the CD I released through this new player, and even buy a favorite song or two for Christmas.

Kind of weird that Delirious is disbanding. I remember when they were first getting started. I was in England with YWAM, and bought their Cutting Edge series CASSETTE TAPES. Later I got most of their CD’s, even though I rarely buy now CD’s. But different groups come and go. And I really like Leeland. I noticed that they will be at Culpeper Baptist next November.
